Technician Supervisor

Location: Peterborough, GB, PE7 8JAPosition Type: ProfessionalTechnician Supervisor - Peterborough - Salary up to £19 per hour.(OTE includes the 2 in 4 Saturdays @ time and a half) - Working a rotating shift pattern 0700hrs to 1500hrs/1500hrs to 2300hrs- 2 in 4 Saturdays 0800hrs to 1200hrs @ overtime - time and a half Transport is at the core of modern society. What you will doReady to take a step up in your role?Working closely with the team in order to create high levels of morale and focus to ensure that work is completed in a timely manner and with excellence in quality. Effective communication with the Day Shift Supervisor, CSR’s and Parts department to ensure that technicians have valid job specifications and time budget prior to work commencing. Ensuring that customer expectations are managed at all times by working with each stage of the Genuine Volvo Service process. Maximising the shifts performance through effective problem solving, coaching & development Who are you?Required Competences To be able to manage and motivate a team of technicians in their daily activities To be able to coach and provide support and guidance to your team of technicians.
