Location: Sittingbourne
Hours: 42.5 hours a week, working every other Saturday 8am -12pm
Salary: starting at £11 per hour.

As our Trainee Service Advisor, you will be liaising with and updating customers, managing workshop loading, upselling our service offering, compiling estimates, building relationships and delivering a first-class service to our customers.

Customer Service Excellence: Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service.

Requirements:

Previous customer service experience is highly desirable.
Previous experience in office administration is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in written, face-to-face, and phone interactions.
Familiarity with general computer systems.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Attention to detail is a must.
