We now have a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to progress their career as a Trainee Service Advisor at a leading Mercedes-Benz dealership.
As our Trainee Service Advisor, you will be liaising with and updating customers, managing workshop loading, upselling our service offering, compiling estimates, building relationships and delivering a first-class service to our customers.
The successful candidate will be given an opportunity to develop their skills and knowledge of our industry through a bespoke training programme that aims to ensure success and means getting involved in all aspects of role.
The skills and qualities we are looking for are:
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous experience of office administration
- Excellent communication skills including written, face to face and over the phone
- Display a good understanding of general computer systems
- Good problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail
