Job Description
- Creating and utilising a strategic new business prospecting plan for a defined territory
- Managing and reporting on an accurate opportunities pipeline and risks to existing business
- Researching business sectors within a defined territory and identify key vehicle hire opportunities
- Negotiating rates and terms within predefined parameters ensuring company profitability
- Meeting and exceeding monthly-targeted sales quotas
- Maintaining and developing relationships with allocated customers
- Achieving customer business retention to the agreed plan
- Taking ownership of any customer contact and deal with customer queries quickly and effectively
- always Demonstrating a customer care focus
- Communicating with customers and colleagues in a professional and timely manner
- Maintaining high levels of accuracy in all administration
- First year won’t include any sales
Desired Skills and Experience Trainee Truck sales executive:
- No sales experience required
- Full Training is provided
- You must be hard-working with drive, passion and a positive can-do attitude
- We are looking for a self-motivated individual that takes ownership of their areas of responsibility and can work on their own initiative developing new business opportunities
- Must have the ability to work at a fast pace and perform under pressure
- It is essential that you are extremely organised and able to manage your own workload
- You need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- You must be committed to doing everything to the very best of your ability and striving for the highest quality in everything you do
- Perseverance; handles objections and rejection
- Thrives in a competitive team environment
- Intuitive with the capacity to hit the ground running

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £20,000.00-£22,000.00 per year
- Monday to Friday
