What you will doOur busy Van Centre based in Tipton is currently looking for a qualified Van Technician Supervisor with excellent diagnostic and mechanical skills to work a set shift:Working 45 hours Rotating: Week 1: 07.00 – 16.30; Week 2: 08.30 – 18.00; and alternate Saturday mornings 07.00-12.00 paid as overtimePaying up to £53,820 (£23 P/H) dependent on Van Technical skills with Supervisory experienceFlexibility will be requiredKey Responsibilities & Tasks:Supervise the shift technicians and co-ordinate workloadLiaise with the Van Centre Manager regarding shift staff, training needs, KPI's etcDiagnosis and repair of vehiclesServicing of vehicles to a high standardParticipation in call out and breakdown rota - if/when requiredAbility to use diagnostic equipmentCarry out scheduled safety inspections and report any rectifications requiredComplete job cards clearly and accuratelyEssential Qualifications and KnowledgeC&G or NVQ3 Vehicle Technician qualificationElectrical and Mechanical skills and experienceGood understanding of H&S issues in a workshop environmentClean Driving Licence – HGV would be an advantageBenefits:25 days rising with service.Pension schemeHealthcare SchemeEmployee discounts across retailers, cinemas, ++++Cycle to work schemeDiscount on Arval Contract Hire VehiclesRenault Truck Commercials Ltd is an equal opportunity employerWe value your data privacy and therefore do not accept applications via mail.
