An exciting opportunity has arisen in our central Retail & Warranty team for a vehicle industry Invoicing Clerk to carry out the Network's invoicing and administration, working 40 hours a week, with extra hours possibly required at month end.Paying £26,000 to £28,000 per annumWe require the following skills to assist in effectively and efficiently managing the Network's Vehicle Warranty Administration and Claim SystemsMain TasksTo carry out the depots invoicing and administration systems efficiently across Retail, Warranty & Contract.To ensure all invoice queries are quickly and effectively resolvedCreate pro forma’s from work instruction to obtain order numbers before invoicingTo advise Depot Manager of any cost rejection so that appropriate action can be takenTo ensure all Technicians’ paperwork is completed accurately to maximise profitabilityTo liaise with Parts department regarding materials to be discarded.Effectively monitor the Work in Progress (WIP) reports to ensure Workshop instructions can be cleared as soon as possible.Work occasional Saturday mornings at month end if the workload dictates Can you bring?Invoicing with good input skills and ability to learn inhouse systemsPreferable - Vehicle Warranty & Claims administrationExcellent customer service and telephone skillsWhat’s in it for you?Benefits:25 days holiday plus BH rising with serviceCompany pensionEmployee discountOn-site parkingReferral programmeSick payStore discountWellness programmeReady for the next move?• If you are curious to explore who we are, take a look at www.renaulttruckcommercials.co.uk/vacancies We value your data privacy and therefore do not accept applications via mail.
