Our client is a leading multi-national Civil Engineering company with an excellent reputation in the industry. They are looking to strengthen the team with a Vehicle Technician to work on the company fleet.

Rate to £17 per hour | Healthcare| Pension | 24 Days Holiday + bank holidays

Key Essentials:

* Reporting to the Workshop Manager; your role will involve being responsible for carrying out inspections, routine services, repairs and testing of vehicles in a professional and safe manner
* You should be able to investigate and diagnose faults, report findings and be able to carry out all repairs to the current manufacturers standards
* You will be responsible for planning work, managing diagnostics and ordering parts effectively whilst being able to carry out all repairs to the highest standards and with the most effective use of time

Requirements:

* You should ideally be qualified to City & Guilds level (or equivalent) in Mechanics and/or have relevant experience
* You should have a good knowledge of diagnostic systems used in cars / vans
* You must have previous technical experience and be able to adopt a hands-on approach to all aspects of the role to ensure continued high levels of work are carried out right first time
