Job Description
- Basic Salary from £29,075 to £38,932 Dependent on skills and experience
- OTE from £31,505 to £43,162, with UNCAPPED EARNING POTENTIAL
- PTE ranging from £40,000 - £45,000 for Vehicle Technicians & £50,000 - £55,000 for Diagnostic & Master Technicians
- 3 month guaranteed bonus upon joining, pension, critical illness pay, life assurance, 33 days holiday (including bank holidays), exclusive company discounts on used car purchases, leasing deals and aftersales services
- Excellent career progression and dedicated manufacturer training. These including but not limited to, EV Training, MOT Qualification Certification and F-Gas, to help accelerate your career!
- Ongoing opportunities to develop your brand and product knowledge with support from our experienced franchise leaders
- Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
- Equipped with a full UK driving licence
- Technical knowledge to confidently and safely carry out repairs and maintenance of customer vehicles
- Experienced of working to the highest quality standards ideally within a franchised dealer, with the drive to exceed expectations and productivity targets
- Capable of using systems and equipment within our workshop
