Job Description
Salary: £11 per hour rising to £11.92 on successful completion of probation.
A new opportunity has arisen to join the business as a Warranty & Claims processor at our Newton Abbot site
- Generate Warranty and R&M claims using the DAF AS400 system.
- Control of warranty and R&M parts
- Raising of invoices for Warranty and R&M work
- Liaison with DAF Warranty/R&M and customers over warranty and R&M issues.
- Cover for other admin staff in their absence.
What we need from you:
- Strong administration experience
- Invoicing experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to adapt quickly
- Positive, proactive approach
