Job Description
We are looking for a Warranty/R&M Administrator to join our award winning DAF Truck Dealership based in Bamber Bridge Preston.
Working as part of the service team you would be responsible for submitting manufacturer Warranty and R&M claims and general administrative tasks.
Key tasks include:
- Producing accurate warranty/R&M claims from workshop repair jobcards, ensuring these meet manufacturers criteria
- Submitting and reconciliation of claims in a timely manner
- Preparing accurate invoices for work carried and maintaining supporting documentation
We are looking for:
- Previous experience and understanding of the warranty process within a similar role in the Automotive/Truck industry
- Excellent communication, organisation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to be able to work in a fast paced environment
- A thorough approach with an eye for detail
- Conscientious mindset with a focus on adhering to all company and manufacturer disciplines and procedures
- A reliable and committed individual driven to achieve targets
