We have a new opportunity for Mercedes Benz Warranty & Service Contracts Team Leader needed at Motus Truck & Van.You must have Warranty Administration experience in the automotive industry!We're happy to offer this role as hybrid working, with a company car included in the package as you will be required to travel to sites when required.The successful candidate will lead our Warranty and Contacts team within the Market Area to ensure complete conformity to Mercedes Benz and Daimler Trucks policy and procedure.*** EXCELLENT SALARY PACKAGE PLUS A COMPANY CAR ***Monday to Friday (8:00am - 6:00pm)£38,000 per annum plus company bonus (OTE up to: £42,000)Duties & Responsibilities:· New Team Members – you will provide support with mentoring and training new team member’s including timely and accurate submission of Warranty and Service Contract claims.· To establish training needs and formulate development programmes accordingly.· Deliver on monthly Warranty and Service Contract invoiced hours through the Central Administration team.· Work alongside site Managers to adopt best practise job pack production and Technician write up.· Support site Managers with rejected claim resolution· Work with Group Warranty Manager to ensure no overage debt on a monthly basis· Monitor claim submission, ensuring this happens immediately after job invoiced to minimise delay in payment.· SBI processed by team for all sites on a weekly basis.· Carry out a sample Audit of all sites job packs and claim submissions on a monthly basis. Highlighting any errors to the Head of Service and Service Manager. Report to include recommendations or improvement and support to be offered to help improve performance. Support in completing this will be provided by Group Warranty Manager.· Track on a weekly, monthly basis: Hours invoiced by team and individual. Hours invoiced by site. Hours invoiced per job and warranty claim performance.· Support team in checking claims rejected and assist resubmit errors as required. Investigate and report on any major issues or losses, and provide feedback to Head of Service and Service Manager. Provide recommendations regarding processes and liaise with MBUK when appropriate· Ensure that the team communicate and operate within our guidelines at all times, demonstrating a joined up approach between sites and Central Administration.To have a good awareness of Point of sale within the Kerridge DMS to include the following:High attention to detailProcess and procedure drivenAbility to Lead & Motivate teamProven Warranty Management within a franchised environment. Multi-site responsibility would be an advantage.IT literate.
