This certification affirms MAN’s capacity to cultivate a high-performing workplace, as validated by independent assessment and a focus on practices that enhance business performance, employee engagement, and sustainable growth.

The Top Employers Institute program recognises and certifies organisations based on their participation in and results from the HR Best Practices Survey. This survey evaluates six HR domains and covers 20 topics, including People Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Diversity and Inclusion, and Wellbeing, all areas where MAN excelled.

Certification as a Top Employer demonstrates an organisation’s commitment to enhancing the workplace through exemplary people practices and human resources policies.
