Road Transport Expo is back this summer at NAEC Stoneleigh!
The three‑day show, which has fast established itself as one of the most important dates in the UK road transport calendar, promises another packed programme of vehicle debuts, hands‑on demonstrations, and expert insight for fleet operators.

Since its launch, RTX has stood out for one simple reason: it is a show designed around the needs of people who run and manage HGV fleets.

“We’re absolutely thrilled to be bringing Road Transport Expo back to NAEC Stoneleigh this summer. Every year the industry raises the bar and 2026 is shaping up to be our most ambitious show yet,” says Vic Bunby, RTX show director.

“RTX is built around what this sector genuinely needs - space, access to the right people and the opportunity to get hands‑on with the latest vehicles and technology.”

He adds: “The response from manufacturers, suppliers and operators has already been fantastic, and we can’t wait to welcome everyone back for three days of real‑world insight, innovation and community.”

Visitors to NAEC Stoneleigh can once again expect a strong turnout from the major OEMs. Bold manufacturer line‑ups, new model launches and hands‑on product walk‑arounds have become a hallmark of the event and 2026 is shaping up to be no different.

RTX continues to attract the industry’s biggest names because it offers exactly what operators want - the chance to climb into cabs, see how new safety and efficiency technologies work in practice, and discuss product options directly with manufacturers.

From start‑ups to long‑established brands, from recruitment specialists to industry consultancies, the exhibitor base is diverse enough to cater to virtually every niche of road transport. It is, in every sense, a working show for a working industry.

There’s even a popular Ride & Drive experience for visitors keen to get behind the wheel of the latest models, so don’t forget to bring your HGV licence details if you’d like to take part during your visit.

Alongside the exhibits, RTX’s free seminar programme returns with a line‑up tailored to the issues operators are dealing with today - compliance, fuel choices, fleet decarbonisation, skills shortages, vehicle safety and the relentless pace of regulation.

The relaxed layout of NAEC Stoneleigh and the show’s informal, operator‑focused atmosphere make it easy for conversations to happen - whether that’s with product experts, regulators, training providers or fellow fleet managers.

Free to attend – register now!

As always, RTX remains free to attend, but visitors are encouraged to register in advance to receive the latest updates as new exhibitors and seminar sessions are announced.

With attendance growing year on year, 2026 is expected to deliver the busiest event to date, so book your free ticket now and join us at NAEC Stoneleigh from 30 June to 2 July.
