At the helm is Paul Avery, who joined Montracon in October 2025 as Executive Director. Paul brings over 40 years of experience in the commercial vehicle manufacturing industry and a wealth of expertise spanning; Engineering, Research and Development, Operations Management, Sales, Business Management and business improvement strategy. His comprehensive understanding of the trailer industry positions him perfectly to drive Montracon’s ambitious vision for the future.

Joining him in steering our company forward is Steve Pollock, appointed as Sales & Marketing Director. With over 23 years of experience in the trailer industry, Steve brings deep industry knowledge and a proven track record of building strong, lasting relationships.

Reflecting on his return to Montracon, Steve said:
“Having cut my teeth with Montracon some 23 years ago, it’s a fantastic time to come back. I see tremendous opportunities to work alongside a workforce that is on the rise and a product range that is evolving, with major R&D projects already underway.”

Steve will focus on growing and strengthening the sales team while developing forward-looking strategies to propel Montracon to new heights in the years ahead.

With ambitious new product development programmes and enhancements to its already well-regarded range, Montracon is poised for an exciting 2026 and beyond. Rooted in solid engineering principles, trailers bearing the Montracon name will continue to be celebrated for their quality, reliability, and longevity; ensuring the brand remains a benchmark in the industry for years to come.
