Job Description
Job role:
- First point of contact for customers with substantial influence on customer satisfaction
- Responsible for the preparation and planning of vehicle bookings
- Face to face, telephone and email enquiries/bookings from customers and passing on information correctly
- Retail invoicing as required
- Maintain the highest standards of customer contact and communications
- Preparing job packs, checking for recalls and updating Truckfile
- Liaising with all internal departments; Service colleagues, Sales Executives, Technicians and Parts Advisors
- Partake in internal and external audits to ensure dealer standards are maintained
Essential Criteria:
- Previous experience in an automotive service operation or in a comparable role within the service sector
- Basic technical knowledge and an understanding of service and parts
- Excellent customer service skills, with a polite and professional manner
- Strong work ethic and good time management
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- IT literate: with the ability to navigate and learn new systems
Desirable Criteria:
- Working knowledge of Kerridge Dealer Management System

Due to business demands Mercedes-Benz Truck & Van are recruiting for an additional full-time Service Advisor for our Mallusk dealership.
You will be working within a fast paced and busy Mercedes-Benz commercial dealership, who pride themselves on putting the customer first.
