Who are you?You are a proactive, personable professional with a knack for building strong relationships. You thrive in a customer-focused environment and have a “Can Do” attitude that turns challenges into opportunities. Your keen attention to detail, coupled with your organizational and administrative skills, makes you an invaluable team player. You are numerate, literate, and commercially minded, ready to challenge costs and improve processes.You will also have a Minimum Grade 4 or Grade C in Maths and English at GCSE or equivalent & Computer literacy in Microsoft Office Programs.Experience in a fleet management environment or knowledge of Commercial vehicles or telematics would be advantageous but not essential, as would an understanding of Power-Bi.Meet Your New Colleagues:As a Customer Advanced Solutions Administrator, you'll report to the Fleet Services Manager and work closely with the Customer Advanced Solutions team. You'll also collaborate with Key Accounts Managers and dealerships, creating a robust support network that values integrity, respect, and a shared commitment to excellence. At Renault Trucks, you'll be surrounded by colleagues who are always ready to lend a hand and share their expertise.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure service actions, RFL renewals and recharges are completed accurately and in a timely mannerMonitor Vehicles off the Road and respond to known breakdowns, coordinating timely fixes and vehicle hires as neededAssist with our Electro-Mobility Discovery ProgrammeAdminister our in-house telematics system (Optifleet), managing new customer set ups, our Customer Support Portal and Optifleet invoicing processesPerform system housekeeping, manage incoming post, and cover for team members when absentTake on additional projects and responsibilities as requested by your line managerIf you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and want to be part of a team at Renault Trucks, we want to hear from you!
