Customer Advanced Solutions Administrator
Location: Warwick Hyrbid working ( 60 % in the Office )

- Ensure service actions, RFL renewals and recharges are completed accurately and in a timely manner
- Monitor Vehicles off the Road and respond to known breakdowns, coordinating timely fixes and vehicle hires as needed
- Assist with our Electro-Mobility Discovery Programme
- Administer our in-house telematics system (Optifleet), managing new customer set ups, our Customer Support Portal and Optifleet invoicing processes
- Perform system housekeeping, manage incoming post, and cover for team members when absent
- Take on additional projects and responsibilities as requested by your line manager
