Dealership Development Support Specialist
Salary: Competitive with Benefits (including Company Car and 10% STIP)
Location: Warwick head office with frequent UK and Ireland travel

- Initiate and coordinate Dealer Qualitative Requirements reviews and compliance programs.
- Define and communicate annual market assessment plans.
- Guide assessor teams through assessment processes and provide ongoing support.
- Ensure dealers develop and implement corrective action plans, and follow up to ensure completion.
- Act as a coach to dealer management teams, promoting compliance with QR standards.
- Manage the Dealer Signage program, from site surveys to quality sign-off.
- Support the maintenance of the Dealer Database and contribute to strategic retail planning.
- Provide data analysis for investment and divestment initiatives.
- Offer administrative support for network reporting and maintain dealer contracts.
