Job Description

Location:  Warwick, GB, CV34 5YA
Position Type:  Professional
Salary: £24,000  Fixed Term Contract 12 months 
Working Hours: 37.5 hours a week, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM / 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM during high-volume at month's end.  

At VFS, we specialize in providing financial solutions that empower our customers in the automotive industry. Our dynamic team oversees the administration of finance contracts for customers purchasing Volvo Group products, which encompass trucks, buses, and construction equipment. As part of this dedicated team, your role will involve inputting new contract information into our systems, meticulously reviewing necessary documentation, and activating contracts. Additionally, you will play a vital role in managing any contract changes that arise during their lifespan. 
 
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers within VFS. Your duties will range from addressing customer queries to executing a diverse array of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of our financial services. What you'll do:

  • Input new contract information accurately into our systems. 
  • Conduct thorough checks on required documentation to ensure accuracy. 
  • Activate contracts in compliance with established procedures. 
  • Manage and process changes to contracts during their lifecycle. 
  • Engage with customers via phone and email to provide comprehensive support. 
  • Execute a variety of tasks, ensuring each day brings new challenges and opportunities. 
  • Cultivate a flexible approach to tasks and a keen willingness to learn. 

Who are you?

Experience in customer service and administration is desirable, although full training will be provided. You will support the efficient operation of the team and drive change working with key stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service, whilst delivering performance-driven results.
 
  • Experience in customer service and administration is advantageous. 
  • Training will be provided to enhance your skills in this role. 
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport. 
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage documentation accurately. 
  • Flexible mindset and eagerness to acquire and retain knowledge. 
  • Proficient in handling customer inquiries over phone and email. 
  • Enthusiastic and adaptable approach to tasks and challenges.
