Working Hours: 37.5 hours a week, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM / 7:30 AM - 3:30 PM during high-volume at month's end.

What you'll do:
- Input new contract information accurately into our systems.
- Conduct thorough checks on required documentation to ensure accuracy.
- Activate contracts in compliance with established procedures.
- Manage and process changes to contracts during their lifecycle.
- Engage with customers via phone and email to provide comprehensive support.
- Execute a variety of tasks, ensuring each day brings new challenges and opportunities.
- Cultivate a flexible approach to tasks and a keen willingness to learn.
- Experience in customer service and administration is advantageous.
- Training will be provided to enhance your skills in this role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport.
- Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage documentation accurately.
- Flexible mindset and eagerness to acquire and retain knowledge.
- Proficient in handling customer inquiries over phone and email.
- Enthusiastic and adaptable approach to tasks and challenges.
