Job Description

MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR
12-MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT WORKING 3 DAYS A WEEK

As the Marketing Administrator you will help with all administration tasks across the department. You are required to have excellent time management skills with a friendly, honest, and reliable nature.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Book and arrange travel and accommodation.
  • Liaise with departments, employees, suppliers, and partners.
  • Provide administrative support to all team members in the wider Marketing Department as required to proactively assist in achieving our business objectives.
  • Generate the occasional PO request yourself but also coordinating management’s monthly budget update reports.
  • Assist with calendar bookings, arranging and coordinating the meetings.
