· Ordering and organisation of parts
· Mobile planning
· Liaising with technicians
· Ensuring daily objectives carried out.
· Creating Estimates
· Preparing invoices
· Adaptable
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels.
· Strong administrative skills
· Technical knowledge would be advantageous.
· Have strong administrative and customer service experience
· Enthusiastic and self-motivated
· Work to high levels of efficiency and productivity
· Can be flexible and respond to different ways of working in the face of changing situations.
Salary: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mobile Technician Co-Ordinator. You will be responsible for scheduling work for our mobile technicians which cover the UK and seeing the job through from start to finish, ordering parts and preparing jobs for invoice.
