Job Description

Motus Commercials located in Manchester is on the lookout for a dedicated Parts Hub Sales Manager to join our friendly team providing exceptional levels of service to our customers. The position will see you working: 

  • 5 days per week Monday to Friday, 8.00am - 17.30pm
  • Salary - £30000
  • Bonus Available!

As a Parts Hub Sales Manager at Motus Commercials in Manchester you will be responsible for driving the teams in order to maximise all parts sales opportunities. We will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:

•    Parts Sales experience
•    People management skills
•    High level of customer service skills
•    IT Literacy
•    Brilliant levels of communication written and verbal
•    Enthusiastic, Team Player, Flexible.

Main duties will be:

We require a Parts Sales Hub Manager who can oversee the parts hub to ensure the departments are optimised to deliver high sales volumes in a challenging environment, whilst delivering a thorough service to our customers and ensuring their vehicles are back on road within the shortest time possible. 

•    To manage and maintain the smooth running of the department
•    To help grow and develop the team.
•    To arrange staff rotas.
•    To grow parts sales in order to achieve targets.
•    To ensure department calls are answered promptly.
•    To ensure customers are informed of promotions.
•    To ensure all invoice queries are dealt with promptly.
•    To ensure online orders are actioned promptly.
•    To work closely with the HOP to ensure customer service levels are of high standards.
