Recruitment Administration Apprentice
£19,000 - £21,000 (depending on experience)
Location: Warwick Hybrid working with around 60% in the office (Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours a week)

We now have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Administration Apprentice to join our team.
You will support the Talent Acquisition and HR admin teams in delivering first-class recruitment. From coordinating annual intern intake, apprenticeship and entry-level roles to employer branding and Career events, you will gain hands-on experience in the end-to-end recruitment process, all while working towards a nationally recognised qualification: HR CIPD Level 3.

Who Are You and Who Will You Work With?
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised and confident with Strong attention
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and develop
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to adapt and stay composed under changing circumstances.
- Strong IT literacy – Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Teams
- An interest in recruitment marketing, including employer branding and talent attraction
- Comfortable liaising with external providers and universities
What Will You Do?
- Promote opportunities through job boards, social media, and university platforms
- Support candidate sourcing, engagement, and interview coordination alongside Talent Acquisition Partners
- Attend and support careers fairs and help organise recruitment events
- Manage recruitment systems (SuccessFactors), including right-to-work checks and vacancy records
- Maintain recruitment data, dashboards, and internal vacancy updates
- Contribute to employer branding activity across digital channels
- Ensure all recruitment activity complies with GDPR and internal policies
- Assist HR Administration with general People Services tasks as required
