Job Description
Permanent: Full time, Monday to Friday Hours: 40 hours a week
- Communicating with customers
- Creating Estimates
- Raising Job Cards
- Preparing invoices
- Ordering parts
- Technician planning
- Liaising with technicians
- Ensuring daily objectives carried out
- Dealing with warranty claims
Skill and Experience:
- Previous experience in a Service environment in the automotive industry
- Adaptable
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate at all levels
- Technical knowledge would be advantageous
Personal Competencies:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic with a “can do” attitude.
- A willingness to learn and grow within a commercial environment where customer service and client satisfaction is the primary focus
- Smart and professional in appearance
- Ability to work as part of a team

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Service Advisor. This position will be based in our Hailsham Office.
