- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute operational strategies to achieve business objectives and maintain our position as a market leader.
- Operational Oversight: Ensure optimal performance across sales, service and parts, driving efficiency and innovation.
- Financial Accountability: Manage the overall operational P&L, setting and delivering budgets, performance targets, and growth plans.
- Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor and inspire a team of regional, and site leaders, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
- Customer Excellence: Champion a customer-centric approach, ensuring a seamless and superior customer experience at every touchpoint.
- Brand Partnerships: Own, lead, develop and maintain strong relationships with our brand partners, ensuring alignment with manufacturer standards and expectations.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify growth opportunities and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Proven experience in an executive-level operations role within the automotive retail, or related sector.
- A strong track record of delivering commercial success and operational excellence across a multi-site, multi-brand environment.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to translate vision into actionable results.
- Exceptional leadership and people management skills, with a history of building and developing high-performing teams.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- A deep understanding of the automotive industry, including retail, aftersales and brand standards.
