Full-Time – Permanent
Salary - £30,000-£35,000 (depending on experience)
We are looking for a Sales Support Manager to join our team at Bellshill. If you are a proactive, customer and business focused individual with relevant experience in a fast-paced administration role, then this is an exciting opportunity for you to bring your skills and experience to a highly innovative global brand in the world of commercial vehicles, Renault Trucks.
Excellent organisation and administration skills are imperative for this role. You will be working within the sales team and will be responsible for proactively and accurately managing all administration tasks whilst supporting the Dealer Principal.
Job Role:
This is a varied and interesting role where your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that all new trucks are ordered as per Company requirements, including managing the ordering process and supplier purchase orders and ensuring audit compliance.
- Managing document compliance and service administration for the Contract Hire and Rental fleet and managing the CRM database, including creating management reports.
- Providing regular stock management and deal profitability reports to the Dealer Principal and central accounting team.
- Co-ordinating social media campaigns and website activities and provide management support for marketing and events.
- Managing and co-ordinating vehicle movements to bodybuilders / equipment suppliers, including the Demonstrator Fleet.

Who are you?
- Computer literate with an intermediate knowledge of MS Office and the ability to quickly pick up new systems
- Numerate with keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good problem solver with a result-oriented approach
- Effective communicator at all levels.
- Ability to influence.
- Ability to priorities and plan effectively to meet tight deadlines.
- Tenacious and self-motivated
- Proactive with an attitude of self-review and continuous improvement.
- UK driving license
