As a Service Administrator at Motus Commercials in Ayr we will be looking for you to be able to demonstrate:
- Desire to work in a fast paced, demanding environment
- Motor Trade Experience
- Experience working with retail and warranty systems/software
- Be able to follow Manufacturer guidelines for claim input
- Display a high level of customer service
- IT Literacy
- Brilliant levels of communication written and verbal
- Enthusiastic, Team Player, Flexible.
Main duties will be:
We require an experienced Service Administrator who can produce accurate invoices and provide our customers with exceptional administration support, using various forms of communication for example online, phone, or email.
- Service costing and invoicing as required Inc. retail, warranty, and contract in a timely manner and to a high standard.
- Assist in the control of admin work levels and outstanding open jobs.
- Providing administration support to the workshop for example raising estimates and securing authority for work to be carried out
- Dealing with customer queries.
- Exceeding customer expectation by ensuring you are part of a Brilliant Team which provides a quality service to all customers getting their vehicles back on the road to keep our country running
- To understand key performance targets and support your colleagues and team to achieve them
- To embrace all opportunities of learning and developing alongside some of our Brilliant skilled Service Administrators.
- To assist with general housekeeping duties required within the service administration office.
- To enjoy your time as a Brilliant Colleague within Motus Commercials.

About the Company
Motus Commercials is an approved DAF dealership located in Ayr and is on the lookout for a dedicated and knowledgeable Service Administrator. As our new Service Administrator, you will join our friendly team which will see you working 5 days a week 07.30am to 17.00pm which equates to 45 hours per week within our approved DAF dealership.
As a business Motus Commercials love to recognise and celebrate excellent performance. Due to company growth, we now need another Service Administrator who can pull together to meet the needs of our Commercial Vehicle customers both locally, regionally, and nationally with the minimum supervision for our joint ongoing success.
