About the role

A very exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Administrator to join our team at our brand-new 1.6-acre DAF dealership in Bridgwater.Other duties may be required of the post holder in addition to those listed above and below, to ensure that the requirements of the business are met at all times.Key ResponsibilitiesRaising estimates and liaising with customers to obtain authorisation for repairs.Creating job cards.Communicating service and repair updates.Meeting customers in person, by phone and email.Communicating with workshop manager and supervisors.Maintaining dealer standards at all times.Ongoing use of manufacturing system.Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Special RequirementsExperience within the motor trade is essential.Strong administration experience.Excellent customer service skills.Organised with excellent attention to detail.Ability to adapt quickly.Positive, proactive approach.Vehicle knowledge – desirable.Previous experience using ADP – desirable.Hours of Work:Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week, hours to be negotiated between 9.00am and 9.00pm. 30-minute lunch (unpaid).
