Job Description
- Raising estimates and liaising with customers to obtain authorisation for repairs.
- Creating job cards.
- Communicating service and repair updates.
- Meeting customers in person, by phone and email.
- Communicating with workshop manager and supervisors.
- Maintaining dealer standards at all times.
- Ongoing use of manufacturing system.
Knowledge/Skills/Experience/Special Requirements
- Experience within the motor trade is essential.
- Strong administration experience.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Organised with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt quickly.
- Positive, proactive approach.
- Vehicle knowledge – desirable.
- Previous experience using ADP – desirable.
Hours of Work:
- Monday to Friday, 45 hours per week, hours to be negotiated between 9.00am and 9.00pm. 30-minute lunch (unpaid).
