- Handling customer inquiries both in person and over the phone
- Scheduling vehicle bookings for the workshop and mobile service vans
- Explaining the repair process to customers as needed
- Obtaining order numbers from customers or lease companies
- Using 1link (previous experience preferred, but not required)
- Upselling additional products and services when appropriate
- Managing call handling and general inquiries
- Has previous experience in a Service Advisor or similar role (preferred)
- Commercial experience preferred, but not essential
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Is a team player with excellent interpersonal abilities
- Is reliable, committed, and thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Is organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Has experience using IT systems (a must)
- Holds a valid driver’s license (preferred)
- Position Type: Full-time, Permanent
- Salary: £27,000 - £32,000 per year
- Day Shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
- Motor Trade Service Advisor: 1 year (preferred)
- Commercial Experience: Preferred
