We also have a rewarding Employee Referral Scheme, offering up to £1,000 for each successful technician referral.The RoleWe are currently recruiting for a Service Advisor at our Dundee branch, located at George Buckman Drive, Camperdown Industrial Estate, Dundee. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a service desk role within either the car or commercial vehicle sector and possess a strong understanding of the workshop processes. Familiarity with our Data Management System (CDK/Keyloop) would be beneficial, though full training will be provided for the right candidate.This role is customer-facing, with responsibilities including:Handling customer inquiries both in person and over the phoneScheduling vehicle bookings for the workshop and mobile service vansExplaining the repair process to customers as neededObtaining order numbers from customers or lease companiesUsing 1link (previous experience preferred, but not required)Upselling additional products and services when appropriateManaging call handling and general inquiriesThe Ideal CandidateWe’re looking for someone who:Has previous experience in a Service Advisor or similar role (preferred)Commercial experience preferred, but not essentialDemonstrates exceptional customer service and communication skillsIs a team player with excellent interpersonal abilitiesIs reliable, committed, and thrives in a fast-paced environmentIs organized and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneouslyHas experience using IT systems (a must)Holds a valid driver’s license (preferred)Job DetailsPosition Type: Full-time, PermanentSalary: £27,000 - £32,000 per yearSchedule:Day ShiftMonday to FridayOvertimeWeekend availabilityRequired ExperienceMotor Trade Service Advisor: 1 year (preferred)Commercial Experience: PreferredWork Location - George Buckman Drive, Camperdown Industrial Estate, DundeeAdditional pay: Bonus schemeBenefits: On-site parkingExperience: Service advisor: 1 year (preferred)Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (preferred)Work Location: In person At A.M.
