Job Description

Trainee Service Administrator - Mercedes-Benz Mallusk
Interested in training in a customer service role for a premium brand
We have a career opportunity for you in our Mallusk dealership

Following successful completion of this traineeship there will be a permanent contract with M-B Truck and Van NI.

This role will be to provide administrative support and perform customer relations duties within the service department.

Job role:

  • Fleet planning on behalf of our customer base
  • MOT Scheduling, booking and liaising with customers to confirm bookings
  • Ensure customers are kept up to date on the progress of their vehicles
  • Maintain service agreements and associated documentation
  • Assist with customer concerns via email and telephone maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction
  • General service duties to include answering telephone and taking general service bookings
  • Carry out rebooks for customers
  • Create estimates, processing payments and maintain
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks as instructed by the Service Manager

Suitable candidates will require:

  • Confident nature with strong communication skills; both written and verbal
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to handle conflicting demands and work well under pressure
  • Enthusiastic and willingness to learn new processes and systems
  • A strong working knowledge of computerised systems especially Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel
  • Take pride in your work and delivering exceptional customer service
  • High levels of accuracy and attention to detail

Desirable:

  • Previous experience within a customer facing role
  • Driving licence

We would also consider an Apprentice Service Advisor and partner with TTS to complete Level 2 & Level 3 Customer Service. This provides the opportunity to ‘earn while you learn’.

GSCE English and Maths at Grade C or above are also essential to be accepted onto the Customer Service Apprenticeship programme.
