Customer Support AdvisorLocation: Rugby, GB, CV21 1DZPosition Type: ProfessionalSalary: £28,719 per annum + 6% shift premium after 1st month of training ( £144/ month) – based on both French and Spanish speaking. Shift rotation every 4 weeks: Week 1: 07:00 – 15:30 Week 2: 14:00 – 22:30 Week 3: 06:00 – 14:30 Week 4: 14:30 – 23:00At Volvo Action Service (VAS), we ensure that Volvo Group customers across Europe receive prompt, reliable support whenever their vehicles face issues. What unites us is a shared passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and tackling challenges head-on.About the role:As a multi-lingual coordinator, your language skills will help support customers dealing with international breakdowns. No matter where the vehicle is located in Europe, you'll take ownership of the situation, giving our customers peace of mind.Clear, effective communication is crucial. You’ll stay in regular contact with the dealer handling the repair, keeping the customer informed every step of the way.
