We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Support Executive (Telesales) to join our branch in Ipswich.

Motus Truck & Van are a leading Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicle dealership specialising in the sales and distribution of Mercedes-Benz Vans. We are expanding our operations and creating a dedicated inbound sales team to cater to our growing customer base. As a representative of our brand, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and delivering an exceptional customer experience by walking prospective customers through our sales process with the aim of providing their new vehicle.
Salary: £26,000.00 pa basic
Monday to Friday / 08:30am – 17:00pm

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Establish vehicle availability in line with customer requests
- Arrange demonstration vehicles after qualifying the request thoroughly in order to maximise the sales opportunity
- Progressing outstanding orders within service level agreements
- Keep customers informed about product changes, delays and price increases
- Arranging vehicle deliveries, preparing and completing all relevant paperwork
- To provide support in order to gain high levels of customer satisfaction
- Act as point of contact for customers and prospects, ensuring all clients are dealt with courteously & efficiently and that any required actions are implemented
- Provide sales team with the necessary office and account administration services to support their sales efforts
- Prepare & analyse reports as requested
- Monitor damage to vehicles from the delivery agents & where necessary make the appropriate claims
- Provide administration cover within the department as and when required
- Prepare general correspondence as requested.
- Ensure that within their area of operation all Company procedures and minimum standards are met and that all statutory requirements including trading standards, fire, health and safety are adhered to.
- Handle all internal and external customers and suppliers with courtesy and ensure the S&B/Mercedes-Benz experience is delivered to all contacts at all times.
- Specialist projects as agreed with the Sales Manager to support the business requirements of the organisation.
- To carry out any other reasonable duties requested by the Sales Manager.
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent communication skills and organisation skills and the ability to build strong customer relationships
- Good telephone and interpersonal skills
- Must be accurate and show attention to detail
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and cope under pressure
- Able to work as part of a team
- Must be able to develop knowledge of vehicle specifications and vehicle ordering systems
- Computer and keyboard skills
