SALARY: £25,000 – £29,000 PLUS EXCELLENT BENEFITS PACKAGE INCLUDING, 25 DAYS HOLIDAY, COMPETITIVE PENSION SCHEME AND MANY MORE!
- Contract Extensions, (production of quotations and customer liaison).
- Audit and preparation of incoming contracts prior to submission for load processing.
- Opening and closing opportunities in the Scania CRM system, in accordance with customer outcome/decision.
- Assisting our regional BDM and Service Sales Executives with monthly reporting.
- Loading of R&M and Service contracts on behalf of the Scania captive network.
- Working with the RPA BOT loading process in conjunction with the dedicated IT support team, to ensure maximum optimisation of this tool.
- Administrating queries in the UK Contracted Services shared mailbox, to support the wider captive and non-captive network with contract related queries.
- Processing and completion of Month End activities in accordance with agreed Scania process, including the dissemination of monthly invoices.
- Regular auditing and health-check of Scania R&M Portfolio.
- Termination and Pending reporting activities related to the processing of R&M and Service contracts.
- Processing and sending out copy VAT schedules and copy invoices to Scania end user customer.
- Processing of Tyre damage re-charges to our Contract Hire and Rental End Users.
