Job Description
SALARY: UP TO £55,000
PLUS, AN EXCELLENT BENEFITS PACKAGE WHICH INCLUDES A COMPANY SUCCESS BONUS, CAR SCHEME AND LIFE ASSURANCE.
- Manage and develop the payroll service and manage a team of 3 people
- Identifying, and setting the governance and control frameworks.
- Managing the strategic change projects which impact the payroll operation.
- Manage change activity and projects to ensure the development of the payroll system, processes, and frameworks, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
- Pro-actively keep up to date on any legislative changes that may impact Payroll and the wider Reward & Benefits team.
- Identify risks, and changes required as well as solutions to mitigate.
- Pro-actively track and identify trends for monthly Payroll management reporting.
- Responsible for project managing and leading the delivery of annual Payroll events.
- Develop and communication plans to ensure an efficient effective delivery.
- Work in collaboration with wider project team and stakeholders.
