Location: Glasgow, GB, G51 4GAPosition Type: ProfessionalSales Support Coordinator - Glasgow West Salary: £26k (negotiable dependent upon experience & skill set) Working: Monday to Friday0830hrs to 1700hrs (1 hour lunch) = 37.5 hrs per week What you will doWe are looking for a Sales Support Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth coordination and support for the retail sales team, helping to deliver an excellent customer experience. You will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing sales documentation, and assisting with customer enquiries.Some of the day to day duties:Check and place new vehicle orders using Volvo Sales Support (VSS), Order manager (OM) and Dealerpoint (DP-TA) - training will be given on in-house systems.Action/order amendments as requiredChecking on progression of retail vehicle orders through to delivery stageLiaise and communicate with external and local suppliers scheduling work as requiredManage all purchase orders relating to each dealRegular communication of the progress, identifying and managing risks of delivery timings to customers, TSE's and Sales DirectorVehicle registration and taxationVehicle Invoicing, manage GP varianceLiaise with customers regarding truck orderLiaise with Finance Companies to follow up paymentLiaise with vehicle movement companies Who are you?Previous automotive experience ideally within a similar role along with admin and maybe accounts experience would suitGood level of IT skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, ExcelAn organised approach to your workFull/current UK driving licence What’s in it for you?What Volvo Truck and Bus can offer youWe believe in investing in our employees' growth and well-being.
