Sales Support Coordinator - Glasgow West
Salary: £26k (negotiable dependent upon experience & skill set)
Working: Monday to Friday
0830hrs to 1700hrs (1 hour lunch) = 37.5 hrs per week
- Check and place new vehicle orders using Volvo Sales Support (VSS), Order manager (OM) and Dealerpoint (DP-TA) - training will be given on in-house systems.
- Action/order amendments as required
- Checking on progression of retail vehicle orders through to delivery stage
- Liaise and communicate with external and local suppliers scheduling work as required
- Manage all purchase orders relating to each deal
- Regular communication of the progress, identifying and managing risks of delivery timings to customers, TSE's and Sales Director
- Vehicle registration and taxation
- Vehicle Invoicing, manage GP variance
- Liaise with customers regarding truck order
- Liaise with Finance Companies to follow up payment
- Liaise with vehicle movement companies
- Previous automotive experience ideally within a similar role along with admin and maybe accounts experience would suit
- Good level of IT skills with working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel
- An organised approach to your work
- Full/current UK driving licence
